One flat plan covers every team, coach and family, with every feature included.
Club plan
$1,000/year
Up to 8 teams. $100 a year for each extra team. Prefer monthly? $100/month on an annual plan.

Families use the app free, and cash and checks are always free. When families pay online, there's a small 1.5% fee plus the bank or card processing fee, and your club decides whether to pass it on. The team store keeps 10% of each item (at least $3) and your club earns the rest. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Most club teams pay $2,000 to $8,000 per athlete in dues. The whole plan costs less than one athlete's season.

We charge the print-and-ship cost plus our fee. Everything above that goes to your club. We won't let you price an item below break-even.

Pricing FAQ
Do families pay anything to use the app?
No. Families, players and coaches use Crowning Sports free. The only family-facing cost is the online payment fee, and only if your club chooses to pass it on.
What counts as a team?
A roster that plays in a season, such as 14 National or 16 Regional. Coaches, families and athletes are unlimited.
Do we pay a fee on cash and checks?
No. Log cash and check payments in the club's ledger for free, so every family's balance stays in one place.
Where does our money go?
Dues go straight to your club's own Stripe account. Store earnings are paid out to your club.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
No setup fee. The club plan is annual, paid up front or monthly. Early-access clubs help shape the product and get help moving their data in.
